Well... I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the site felt a little clunky while I was using it. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and the search didn’t always make it easy to narrow things down. Checkout was smooth once I got there, though. Overall, it’s not a bad site, just could definitely be a bit smoother.

I did get my refund in the end, so I’m relieved about that. But it was a bit annoying having to follow up twice before anything happened. I went from feeling hopeful to frustrated, then finally okay once the money came through.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I’m happy with the quality of what I got from KV Supply. Everything showed up as expected, and the items feel sturdy, which is always a relief because I hate dealing with returns. I’ve been using them for a bit now and haven’t had any issues so far. Random side note, the delivery came right when I was trying to make lunch, so I kind of dropped everything to open the box, but it was worth it. Overall, good experience and I’d order from them again.

"Shipping was cheaper than I thought it’d be"
I ordered from kvsupply.com mainly because the shipping cost was actually reasonable. You know how some sites look fine until checkout and then suddenly the fees get ridiculous? This one stayed fair and easy to understand.
My order showed up just fine, and I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged just to have it shipped. If the shipping stays like this, you’d probably catch me ordering from them again...

My order from KV Supply came in with almost everything right, but one small item wasn’t exactly what I picked. It wasn’t nothing major, but it was still a little annoying when I noticed it.

"Autoship has been inconsistent"
I like the convenience of Autoship when it works, but lately it feels kind of hit or miss. Sometimes my order shows up late, which is frustrating when I’m counting on it. If it keeps happening, I’ll probably have to look for another option

I had a small issue with my order from kvsupply.com where one of the items that showed up was the wrong one. I emailed them about it and figured it might take a while to get sorted out, becuase that’s usually how these things go.
But they got back to me quick and sent the right item out without making it a whole big thing. Mistakes happen, so I wasn’t too upset, and the way they handled it was really good. I’d order from them again for sure.

I expected the checkout on kvsupply.com to be a little clunky, but it ended up being really quick and easy. The pages loaded without any issues, my payment went through fast, and the order confirmation email showed up right away. Straightforward overall, which was a nice surprise.
